Landholding farmers in India can claim annual financial assistance of Rs 6,000 under the central government’s PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, known, in short, as the PM Kisan Yojana. Released in three equal instalments of Rs 2,000 each at an interval of four months, the PM Kisan Yojana subsidy can be claimed after an eligible farmer has registered and completed his e-KYC. These can be done on the PM Kisan official portal. This guide will explain the detailed process to check the beneficiary status, beneficiary list and payment details.
